LTLTI Help Desk

The LTLTI ‘Help Desk’ is the preferred method to request technical assistance for any issue you encounter when attempting to access or navigate your Long Term Living Training Institute (LTLTI) training account, please direct your inquiry/request by email to:

  • In the email ‘Subject Line‘, please type:  LTLTI Technical Assistance Request
  • In the email ‘Body‘, please provide the following information:
    • Your contact information (or the person the request is regarding):
      1. First name
      2. Last name
      3. Email address
      4. Name of affiliated agency
      5. Job title
      6. Name of training* to be completed
        *To best assist you, please provide the ‘correct/complete’ name of the online training course or in-person training session you are inquiring about.
    • Information/details regarding your specific request/inquiry:
      • A brief description detailing the nature of the request/inquiry.
      • If requesting assistance for an ‘online’ training, please include the name of the training*.  Also, please also include the web browser that you are using to complete the online training (ie. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
      • If requesting assistance regarding an ‘in-person’ training session, please include the name of the training session* and the date(s).
  • Once you’ve submitted your request to the LTLTI Help Desk:
    • Your ticket will be entered into a queue and addressed in the order it was received.
    • You will receive an automatic reply email to confirm receipt of your request.  The reply email will come from ‘helpdesk‘ with a subject line ‘Automatic reply‘.
    • LTLTI guarantees you will receive a response within one (1) business day; however, typically responses are much quicker.
  • If any of the above requested information is omitted from your email, it may result in a delay of resolution to your request/inquiry.
