The LTLTI ‘Help Desk’ is the preferred method to request technical assistance for issues you encounter when attempting to access or navigate your Long Term Living Training Institute (LTLTI) training account, please direct your inquiry/request by email to:

  • Email ‘Subject Line‘ must read:  LTLTI Technical Assistance Request
  • Email ‘Body‘ must contain:
    • The following contact information for the person the request is regarding:
      1. First name
      2. Last name
      3. Email address
      4. Name of affiliated agency
      5. Job title
    • The following information regarding the request/inquiry:

      • A brief description detailing the nature of the request/inquiry.
      • If requesting assistance for an online course/module, please include the name* of the training.
      • If requesting assistance for an online course/module, please also include the web browser that is being used to complete the training (ie. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
      • If requesting assistance for an in-person training event, please include the name* and date(s) of the training session.
  • Your submitted request will be entered into a queue and addressed in the order it was received.
  • You will receive an automatic reply email to confirm receipt of your request.  The reply email will come from ‘helpdesk‘ with a subject line ‘Automatic reply‘.
  • Your request will be responded to within one (1) business day.
  • If any of the above requested information is omitted from your email, it may result in a delay in resolution of your request/inquiry.

*In order to better assist you, please provide the ‘correct/complete’ name of the online training course or in-person session.
