Subject: Protective Services Report -- Missing
Data Announcement Email
The purpose of this e-mail is to
provide the network with two custom reports in support of your agency’s
protective services quality assurance. These custom reports have been
developed to assist your agency in identifying data fields that are incomplete
on either the PS Report of Need
or the Investigation, Summary &
Assessment forms. These reports should be run every month to
ensure PS staff are properly completing these forms. This will assist your
agency to identify PS staff who may need additional training. Please
attach the reports to SAMS Administrator, run them and review the findings with
PS staff, and have data fields completed when possible. Note these reports
contain consumer information and should be kept confidential. As part of
our ongoing quality assurance activities, the Consumer Protection Division will
run these reports on October
15, 2008, to ensure that data has been
entered by each agency.
These two (2) password protected
reports: “PS RON Missing Responses Password.rpt” and “PS ISA Missing
Responses Password.rpt”, are now available in the SAMS reports folders on Agenet
for each agency (a password will be forwarded on a separate email).
