Announcement from PA Department of Aging and Office of Long Term Living:

Attention all Care Managers and/or Service Coordinators for the Aging, Attendant Care, COMMCARE, Independence, and OBRA Waivers, ACT 150 and OPTIONS Programs:

Late last year, the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) provided statewide mandatory training to Care Managers and Service Coordinators on new requirements for service planning as indicated in the service planning bulletin issued on October 25, 2010.

We are happy to announce that we are making the service planning training available via webinar for your use on this website. The training is available and mandatory for all new Care Managers and Service Coordinators, and those who need to retake the test. To receive credit for this training, please register by clicking the link below. Following the training and a short test of what you've learned in the training, you will receive a certificate of completion to keep in your personnel file at your agency. Training Completion Procedure:

Registration is required to access and complete the ISP Online Training. To register for the ISP Online Training, you will need to have established a Training Institute account.

If you have a Training Institute account, please sign in using the blue "Institute Log In" box to the right. Once you are signed in you will see a new button in this section which prompts you to register for the ISP Online Training.
If you do not have a Training Institute account, please click here to create one.
If you are unsure whether you have a Training Institute account or need help, please contact info@ltltrainingpa.org

Once you register, you will receive an email within a few minutes. This email will contain a URL link to access the ISP Online Training Content. You may click this link or copy and paste it into your browser's address bar to access the training material. If you do not receive this confirmation of registration via email, please contact info@ltltrainingpa.org

The ISP Online Training Content page contains three video modules of the training content as well a request to receive the ISP Online Training Exam. You may view the video modules as many times as needed prior to registering for the exam.

Once you have viewed the videos in their entirety, you may register for the ISP Online Training Exam. You will receive a confirmation of registration via email containing a URL link to access the ISP Online Training Exam, just as you when initially registering. You may click this link or copy and paste it into your browser's address bar to access the exam. Once you register to take the ISP Online Training exam, you must complete the exam within 2 business days. If you do not receive this confirmation of registration via email, please contact info@ltltrainingpa.org

The ISP Online Training Exam is completed online and is composed of 5 questions. To successfuly pass the exam, you must receive a score of 3/5 correct answers. Once you submit your exam you will not be permitted to go back and change your answers. You will receive notification of your exam scores via emai. You will also, if applicable, receive a certificate of completion for your records. If you have questions regarding the exam or want to to request your score, please contact info@ltltrainingpa.org

Criteria for Completion

To successfully complete the ISP Online Training Exam you must:

Have a record of your ISP Online Training Exam registration. This will be on file with the Training Institute. Please keep a copy of your initial registration email confirmation (the one containing the URL link for the ISP Online Training Content Page) for your records.
View the ISP Online Training video modules and register to take the ISP Online Training Exam. Please keep a copy of your exam registration email confirmation (the one containing the URL link for the ISP Online Training Exam) for your records.
Successfully complete the ISP Online Training Exam with a passing score of 3/5 correct answers and receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will be emailed and a hard copy will be mailed to you and your supervisor.
