Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) Pre-Certification Training

The Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) Pre-Certification Training online course is intended for providers who would like to become fiscal/employer agents. Along with the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) Financial Management Services (FMS) Provider Standards document, this course helps prepare providers for the certification review process.

In addition to the online course, you will have access to:

OLTL Documents and Resources, which contains PDFs of key OLTL documents and resources,
Website Links to IRS and State Forms, which contains website links for key federal and state forms, and
An email address, ra-oltlselfdirection@state.pa.us, for additional questions or comments concerning the F/EA function or the contents of this online course.

How to access the F/EA Pre-Certification Training:
