SESSION IS FULL!
The Estate Recovery Program recovers Medical Assistance (MA) payments from the probate estates of certain MA recipients. The workshop, which is geared for individuals working with clients considering long term care services, including home and community-based services, will provide an overview of the Estate Recovery Program including:
♦ What subjects an estate to recovery?
Presented by representatives of the DPWs Estate Recovery Program, the overview utilizes a PowerPoint presentation and participants receive relevant Estate Recovery Program materials. It does not provide estate planning advice, but rather a general understanding of the Program as well as the opportunity for discussion.
There is no fee to attend, but preregistration is required.
