Description

This training is for Area Agency on Aging staff and volunteers who work with the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. Participants must have completed Standardized Orientation and Tier One training to enroll in the Tier Two training. A waiver is needed from the State LTC Ombudsman office if you want to enroll in Tier Two without Tier One completion.  Also, Tier Two is the mandatory training that must be completed prior to complaint investigation as established in the Older Americans Act.

There is no charge for this training but pre-registration is necessary. Space in the class is limited. If you need to cancel, please do so promptly to enable other potential participants to register and so that we have an accurate count for breaks and meals.
