Job Qualifications:

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN HARRISBURG, PA.

This position will be part of Temple University’s College of Health Professions and Social Work and will be housed within the School of Social Work and the Center for Aging, Research, Intergenerational, Teaching and Service (CARITAS). Reporting to the Executive Director of CARITAS, the Assistant Director, Program Management will serve as the administrative and operational leader for all of the Harrisburg based programs under CARITAS. The Assistant Director will be responsible for ensuring that CARITAS delivers on its program commitments and contracts to external sponsors, including but not limited, to the State of Pennsylvania. The incumbent will also be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations of CARITAS’s Harrisburg operations, including serving as the primary liaison with the various state agencies, negotiating new contracts and agreements, submitting program reports and status to external sponsors, and will work closely with the Associate Director for Financial Operations on contract pricing, budget management, and effort reporting. In addition, the incumbent will provide leadership to CARITAS to grow and sustain the center through development of new programs and management of strategic partnerships with external organizations. Perform other duties as assigned.
