Cancellation Policy


LTLTI has the following 5-business day cancellation policy:

  • Spacing is limited for all LTLTI events; therefore, should you need to cancel, please do so promptly to allow other potential participants to register.
  • Cancellations are only accepted via email to the LTLTI Help Desk.   Please specify the training/conference name and session date in the ‘subject line’ of the email and include the first and last name, email address, and job title of the individual the cancellation is being requested for in the ‘body‘ of the email.
  • If you do not cancel prior to the date of a conference or training event, your registration will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and LTLTI reserves the right to charge the registration cost, or a cancellation fee (for no-cost events).
